End-to-end ERP for European SMEs

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.

Your company is not a template, and neither is our ERP. We look at how you actually work, fix what slows you down, and shape E2E ERP around the result. From CRM to warehouse, production and mobile apps.

First conversation is free — we come to you One dedicated account manager Your data stays on European servers
What we believe

One size fits nobody.

Standard ERP asks every company a simple question: would you like to change the way you work, so that our software fits? Thousands of small and medium companies answer yes. They spend a year on the implementation and end up with a system their people quietly work around.

We start by understanding how you work today. First we sit down and understand how your company really runs, which is rarely how the manual says it runs. We fix what is broken. Then we shape the platform around the result.

Your processes come first

We straighten out how you work before we digitise it. Otherwise the software just makes the old problems faster.

One platform, not twelve tools

Every part of your company on a single spine of data. You enter information once and you can use it everywhere it is needed.

Built by the people who answer the phone

We develop the platform ourselves. A specific requirement is a conversation with the team that writes the code, not a ticket at a global vendor.

Why now

Across Europe, invoicing is becoming structured data. Everything else follows.

One country after another is making electronic invoicing compulsory between businesses, and the EU is harmonising the whole picture under VAT in the Digital Age. Belgium switched on its B2B mandate in January 2026. France requires every company to be able to receive electronic invoices from September 2026, with smaller companies issuing from 2027. Germany phases its issuing obligation in from 2027 to 2028. Romania already runs everything through e-Factura.

The deadline is the smaller half of the story. Once your invoices have to leave the company as structured data, everything upstream of them has to be structured too: quotes, contracts, deliveries, stock. Some companies will buy a converter and tick the box. The ones who use the moment to rebuild how they run will come out faster than their competitors.

2026
Belgium: B2B e-invoicing mandatory via Peppol
2026–27
France: receiving, then issuing for SMEs
2027–28
Germany: issuing obligation phased in
2030
EU-wide harmonisation under ViDA

Dates reflect published national legislation and the EU ViDA package. We keep track of what applies to you — and build it into the platform rather than bolting it on.

We are not a SaaS.

You are not buying a subscription. We do not rent you seats in our product and call it a partnership. We build the tool around your company: your processes, your fields, your documents, your rules.

And the data? Yours. You can export all of it whenever you want, and if we ever part ways it stays with you. That is not a feature. That is the deal.

The experience behind it

We bring top-tier experience to small and medium companies.

Our team has contributed inside global companies, running transformation programmes at a scale most SMEs never get to see from the inside. We bring the same methods and standards, without the corporate overhead, the year-long projects and the enterprise price tag.

Data analysis & Business IntelligenceDecisions on evidence, not instinct: reporting, models and forecasts your team will actually use.
Programme & project managementComplex programmes delivered on time, with clear governance and no drift in scope or budget.
Lean Six Sigma — Black BeltWe optimise processes before we digitise them, so technology amplifies what works instead of what slows you down.
Process redesignClear flows, clear roles, standard documents — the foundation every successful transformation is built on.
Change managementChange only succeeds with people on board. We bring your team along from day one.
Systems architectureWe connect what you already have — accounting, banking, tools — into a coherent whole instead of silos.
The full picture

Every corner of your company. One single thread.

We take the name seriously. A module only enters the platform when it closes a loop from beginning to end: from the moment something happens in your business to the money, the people or the decision at the other side.

Sales & CRM Leads, pipeline, quotes, contracts and e-signature — the whole path from first contact to signed deal.
Invoicing & finance Invoices, collections, cash flow and ledger, with local tax rules built in rather than bolted on.
Planning & budgets Budget control, cash-flow forecasts and scenarios, on the same numbers the rest of the platform runs on.
Purchasing & suppliers Requests with approvals, purchase orders, goods receipt, supplier invoices and supplier performance.
Inventory & warehouse Real-time stock across warehouses, barcode scanning, batches and serial numbers, picking and shipping.
Production & quality Bills of materials, planning, production orders, real costs, shop-floor reporting and quality control.
Logistics & transport Shipments, carriers, routes and delivery documents — goods leave the warehouse with paperwork that matches reality.
Projects & services Projects, resource allocation, timesheets, progress against budget, project billing and live margin.
People & HR Employee records, onboarding, time and leave, approval flows, and the link to your payroll.
Service & maintenance Tickets with SLAs, field service, warranties and maintenance of your own equipment.
Mobile apps Warehouse scanning, field technicians, approvals and dashboards — on a phone.
Data & decisions Live dashboards per role, proactive alerts, a complete audit trail, and reporting.

Every thread runs on the same spine of data. A customer, a contract, an invoice exists once — wherever in the company you look at it.

What changes

The numbers we build towards.

No two implementations are identical, so we will not quote you someone else's averages. These are the targets we set for a typical first implementation, in writing, in the plan we agree on:

< 1 hour
for a quote that used to take a day
Days, not weeks
from agreed contract to signature
10–14 weeks
from kickoff to the first flows running live
1 platform
instead of the 5–10 tools a growing company juggles

Targets from our implementation plans, not brochure averages. In the first conversation we will tell you honestly which of them apply to your situation.

How we work with you

A boutique firm. That is exactly the point.

You are not account number 4,812 in a delivery centre. You get one person who knows your business by name, from the first conversation to the end of hypercare.

One dedicated account managerThe same person from first conversation through go-live and hypercare. Afterwards they are still one phone call away — not a ticket in a queue.
We come to youThe first conversation comes with no obligation at all. We look at what your company needs and find the solution that fits your business.
Delivered in stagesYou start with the process that slows you down the most. The rest follows on the same platform, without re-implementation.
We measure adoption, not deliveryA platform nobody uses is a platform wasted. Training is done per role, in your language, on your own data.

The first conversation is always free, and it happens at your company. The coffee is on you — the conversation is on us.

The path

From scattered tools to one system, in four steps.

A clear route with something to show at every stage — you always know where you are and what comes next.

Rooted in Europe, working across it.

We work with small and medium companies across Europe, mainly in Belgium, Romania and Germany. English, Dutch, French, German or Romanian: same platform, same method, in your own language.

Let's have a conversation.

You bring the questions, we bring the platform and an honest answer about whether and how we can help.

No obligation. No eighty-slide presentation.
